Commercial entities, organizations, and individuals making a contribution of $300 or more typically have the option of receiving a listing on this site for at least twelve (12) months on this Quaqua site page. However, no contributor has a legal or contractual right to a listing, and Quaqua exercises SOLE and UNBRIDLED discretion to decide whether to post any commercial or organizational name, and to control both the manner and timing of postings and removals. Quaqua's posting or removal DOES NOT constitute an statement or endorsement from Quaqua regarding the merit of a posted entity's (or individual's) leaders, products, operations, values, hiring practices, policies or other characteristics, nor does posting or removal necessarily imply that the posted entity or individual endorses or expresses an opinion about the merit of any or all of Quaqua's leaders, operations, values, policies or other characteristics.

Quaqua usually lists large contributors on its website if they so desire, but it does not do so as a quid pro quo consideration or as a contractual obligation. Quaqua has no legal duty to list a donor, or to place a listing in a certain manner or for a certain time. No inferences should be drawn from how Quaqua elects to exercise its exclusive and unbridled discretion with respect to this point. This page does not list all contributors. Some contributors are anonymous or do not wish to be listed on the web site.

Quaqua separately offers paid advertising opportunities for placement of banners or buttons on its web site. Advertising revenue is applied to scholarships funds and basic operational costs.
